**Job Summary:**

The role of MGA & Scheme Specialist involves conducting full scope audits of agreed MGAs and Schemes in line with PDA framework.

  • Candidate must have the ability to carry out full scope audits of agreed outsourced arrangements including underwriting, finance, compliance, systems, and potentially claims components
  • Strong analytical skills are required for producing reports and recommendations in an agreed format
  • Candidate must be able to coordinate underwriting audit strategy with respective Product Managers
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary for working with the MGA and Schemes Manager to implement audit strategy
  • Able to provide input and advice on audit best practice with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Accountable for ensuring a safe workplace without risk to health
