About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Swim Instructors to join our team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming classes to individuals of varying age groups, including infants and adults.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instructing swimming classes to students of different age groups;
  • Teaching infant and baby swimming classes;
  • Performing administrative tasks related to the role;
  • Liaising with parents of children enrolled in swimming classes.

About You

We are looking for self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive individuals who are passionate about swimming and teaching. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with children and adults of all ages.

Requirements:

  • AUSTSWIM qualifications or equivalent;
  • Working with Children check;
  • Senior First Aid; and
  • Resuscitation Certificate.
