Occupational Therapist Graduate Program

We are committed to supporting you in your transition from study to clinical practice. Our 6-month Graduate Program provides a structured and consistent framework for your professional development, ensuring you have the skills and confidence to succeed as an occupational therapist.

About the Role

As an occupational therapist graduate, you will have the opportunity to work with clients aged 0–65 in homes, schools, group programs, and the community. Your caseload can be tailored to your interests, ensuring you engage in meaningful work. Key responsibilities include delivering assessments and interventions such as functional capacity and sensory assessments, assistive technology and home modifications, and skill and capacity building programs. You will build strong client relationships, celebrate achievements, and see the impact of your work every day.

You will also have access to specialist pathways in paediatrics, sensory, mental health, home mods, PBS, early childhood, or rehab consulting. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in occupational therapy, including AHPRA registration (or pending).
  • A car and license.
  • WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • A passion for learning, teamwork, and helping people achieve their goals.
