Nurse Unit Care Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced nurse leader to play a key role in ensuring our patients have a great experience during their care at a 24/7 Emergency Department, covering a full range of medical and surgical specialty areas.
Knox Private Hospital is one of the largest private hospitals in Victoria, caring for over 1.2 million people across Melbourne's east and outer east.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to lead the effective daily management of human, financial and material resources within the unit.
About the Role- Provide clinical leadership to support the strategic direction, operational processes and quality management of all patients.
- A strong commitment to developing in a management role.
- Current Registration with AHPRA.
- Previous experience at ANUM or NUM level, or equivalent.
- Compliance with ACSQHC National standards.
