About the Store Manager Role

We are seeking a Store Manager to lead and inspire our team in a high-profile store. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a passion for driving sales and achieving targets, and experience in managing a roster and wage control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance: Ensure efficient store operation to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, and store presentation.
  • Team Management: Motivate your team to achieve optimal results in KPIs and added value targets across stores.
  • Daily Operations: Closely monitor store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, acknowledging outstanding results and identifying missed opportunities.
  • Wage Control: Effectively manage wage costs in store, adhering to weekly wage targets and company rostering standards.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1+ years Retail Store Manager experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • A motivated and driven attitude.
  • A passion for leading and inspiring a team to succeed.
  • The ability to think strategically and identify missed opportunities, with a proven track record in driving sales and KPIs.
  • Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
