Payroll Administrator Role

Seeking experienced payroll administrators for a challenging long-term role with a tier 1 mining company in Brisbane CBD.

The successful candidate will assist with managing the end-to-end payroll process on a weekly basis, handling time and attendance exceptions, and processing statutory and ad hoc disbursements. Ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance is crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the end-to-end payroll process
  • Handle time and attendance exceptions
  • Process statutory and ad hoc disbursements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of high-volume, full-function payroll experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and SAP skills
  • A strong understanding of Enterprise Agreements and Awards in the mining or heavy industry sectors
  • Experience using SAP
  • Prior experience in mining is desirable but not essential
  • 3+ years working with a high-volume payroll team
