We are currently seeking a Club Manager for a temporary assignment. This role is a 1-2 month contract, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Club boasts a variety of amenities, including bar and gaming facilities, a bistro that serves lunch and dinner daily, and a year-round bowling green. The venue is a lively center for community events and functions throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

As the Club Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the Club's operations. Your duties will include:

  • Managing payroll and statutory reporting
  • Overseeing bar and gaming services, as well as kitchen operations
  • Training and supervising staff members
  • Handling financial transactions and data entry, along with banking and inventory management
  • Promoting products and services, and assisting with events and activities
  • Ensuring adherence to proper opening and closing protocols

Moreover, you will be tasked with maintaining precise records and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including those related to industrial relations, trade practices, anti-discrimination, and workplace health and safety.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Gaming Nominee Licence
  • RSA & RSG Certificates
  • RMLV Certification
  • A minimum of 3 years in a comparable role
  • Valid Open Driver's License
  • Approved Management Licence
