Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Endoscopy Theatres team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the delivery of quality patient care, developing standards of practice, and implementing changes to clinical practice. You will also be involved in quality improvement initiatives within our medical ward, working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager and Department Manager to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require relevant registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum 3 years' experience in perioperative specialty. A post-graduate qualification or undertaking same is highly desirable. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
