The Principal will lead a highly committed executive team to bring the College into its next chapter of growth, development, and innovation.
- Champion the College Vision and Mission
- Guide strategic growth, including enhancement of Christian educational practice and facility upgrades
- Strengthen educational outcomes while staying anchored in core identity and calling
- Work in close conjunction with the College Board to develop and implement strategic plans
- Lead the executive team to achieve operational excellence and drive student success
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance Christian educational practice and strengthen educational outcomes
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for education, and the ability to inspire and motivate others. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Requirements- Proven track record of successful leadership and management experience
- Strong understanding of Christian education and its values
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the College's Vision and Mission
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
