Are you a skilled Contract Administrator looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join our team in Sydney. In this key role, you will play a vital part in the commercial management of high-profile refurbishment and upgrade projects across universities and government departments.

The Role

  • You will be responsible for full contract administration and financial oversight of multiple live projects including managing head contracts and subcontractor packages, preparing and tracking variations, claims, and payment schedules, cost reporting and forecasting, and supporting compliance with all contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.

About You

  • Our ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field and at least 5 years' experience in a Contract Administrator role with recent senior-level experience.
  • They will also possess a proven track record working on complex commercial or institutional refurbishment projects, strong attention to detail, excellent understanding of construction contracts and cost control, and excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
  • A proactive team player who enjoys taking ownership and driving project outcomes is essential for this role.
