Family Law Expertise

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned and accomplished lawyer with a proven track record in Family Law. The successful applicant should have at least 8 years of PQE, with a strong background in complex parenting and property matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Family Law practice, managing files while mentoring junior lawyers to enhance their skills.
  • Handle complex family matters including property settlements, parenting disputes, spousal maintenance, and binding financial agreements with professionalism.
  • Drive business development and foster long-term client relationships through effective communication and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with the wider team on multi-disciplinary matters including commercial and property law to ensure comprehensive solutions.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years PQE in Family Law with demonstrated leadership or senior-level experience.
  • Proven ability to handle complex parenting and property matters with confidence and expertise.
  • Strong client management skills with a compassionate and strategic approach to deliver exceptional results.
  • Experience mentoring or supervising junior lawyers to help them grow professionally.
  • Ambitious, commercially minded, and eager to develop a practice that delivers value.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to navigate complex situations effectively.
