About Us:

We are seeking a skilled barber to join our team. As a professional barber, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and deliver exceptional haircuts and styling services.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years experience in the industry and be passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality hairdressing and barbering services, including haircuts, styling, coloring and beard/moustache grooming and trimming.
  • Utilise your expertise in contemporary and vintage haircutting techniques to create tailored and stylish looks.
  • Perform traditional wet shaves with precision and attention to detail.
  • Engage with clients to understand their desired hairstyles, colors and preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work station, adhering to strict hygiene practices.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as a professional barber with a strong portfolio.
  • Excellent knowledge of contemporary and vintage haircutting and styling techniques.
  • Ability to work with diverse clients, demonstrating professionalism and excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position working in-person at our Melbourne location.
