Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled leader to drive the strategic development and operational management of City Central, ensuring exceptional support services for students, staff, industry partners, and the community.

The successful candidate will develop and implement a strategic direction for precinct activation in collaboration with senior University officials and industry leaders, designing and delivering annual engagement programs to enhance the experience of all precinct users.

Evaluation of the impact of activation and engagement initiatives for stakeholders, industry engagement, and community relations is also a key responsibility. Additionally, the role involves overseeing student and education support services on campus, supporting student and precinct communications, and cultivating key partnerships with high-level stakeholders.

Key Requirements:
  • A relevant tertiary degree and extensive management expertise.
  • Experience in managing programs, developing policies, or evaluating initiatives related to stakeholder engagement and student services.
  • Ability to supervise, influence, and guide staff to foster collaboration across teams and programs.
