Faculty Leadership Role

As a pivotal figure in the faculty, you will play a critical role in shaping administrative and business functions. This is a rare opportunity to influence the future of an arts faculty.

  • Lead operations spanning 17,000 students, 500 staff, and diverse portfolios including academic services, financial management, graduate studies, marketing, research support, and strategic planning.
  • Drive innovation, foster collaboration, and ensure operational excellence, supporting the Dean and collaborating with the Faculty Leadership Team to deliver high-quality programs aligned with the 'Impact 2030' strategy.

Champion new ways of working, having the courage to stop what no longer serves and understanding where the faculty is headed and how to help it get there.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations, making key decisions that impact student and staff experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall quality of academic and research programs.
  • Collaborate with the Faculty Leadership Team to align initiatives with the university's broader goals and objectives.
