About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Digital Data Lead to join our APAC Data Team. This role will oversee the direction, coordination, implementation, control and completion of technical projects related to Data and Digital Analytics across various clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead cross-functional teams of analysts, data engineers, digital consultants, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop project plans, including objectives, scope, resources, budget, and timeline, ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Act as principal point of contact for clients throughout the engagement.
  • Manage project tasks, acting as scrum master, and ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulations.
  • Schedule and run agile sprint ceremonies, including daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Project Management or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated examples of using project management methodologies.
  • Experience working for an agency as well as on the client-side.
  • Strong understanding of website consulting, design, and development.
  • Comfortable using Jira as a primary tool for coordination.
  • Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent.
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and communicate business value of suggested ideas & plans.
