About Your Skills:
  • Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Proven knowledge and skills in assessing and prioritising risk and needs of women and children experiencing family violence.
  • Understanding of cultural safety principles and ability to apply these in practice.
  • Experience working in family violence services, integrated family services, men's referral services, DHHS child protection, or Aboriginal community service organisations.
  • Able to work collaboratively with stakeholders, managing competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

The successful applicant will be committed to delivering exceptional service, working effectively with diverse groups, and promoting social justice and human rights.
