Job Title: Service Enablement Manager

About the Role

The ITSM Change Enablement Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the effective management of change enablement activities across the end-to-end service environment.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for awareness and management of change enablement framework & strategy
  • Acting on behalf of the customer for change enablement related matters
  • Managing and coordinating change enablement activities across the end-to-end service environment
  • Initiating and chairing Change enablement forums and working groups to ensure activities are in alignment with best practice change enablement frameworks
  • Serving as single point of contact for change enablement communications, across an array of recipients - including customer, service provider and wider organisation teams
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a SIAM end-to-end Change enablement or Change management environment
  • 1+ years experience in developing and implementing Change enablement processes
  • Extensive experience developing & sustaining constructive relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, suppliers, & industry representatives
  • Led initiatives focused on end-user experience within ITSM services and support
  • Proven track record of successfully monitoring and governing end-to-end Change enablement
