Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, access to Go1 learning platform, paid parental leave, Quarterly Wellbeing Days, and an employee talent referral scheme.

Job Description

We are seeking a Business Systems Optimisation Specialist to join our Revenue Operations (RevOps) team. In this role, you will serve as the vital connection between our business goals and operational implementation.

  • You will collect comprehensive requirements, document workflows, manage small-scale projects, and analyse data to guide our decision-making processes.
  • Your focus will be on refining our systems, enhancing performance, and driving operational excellence throughout the organisation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Proven experience in gathering requirements and producing high-quality documentation.
  • Experience coordinating technical projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
