Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Child Development Educator to join our team at Montessori Academy.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide high-quality education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • To be responsible for the guidance, support, and supervision of enrolled children, ensuring their holistic development and well-being.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement programs and curriculum that promote children's learning and development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
  • Excellent understanding and working knowledge of the National Quality Framework, including the EYLF and NQS.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
