Sales Associate

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated individual to join our team in our Lilydale Branch. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, developing customer relationships, and contributing to the success of our branch.

• Assist customers with enquiries and provide solutions to their needs
• Process counter sales and develop customer relationships
• Follow up on outstanding orders and maintain accurate records
• Ensure a professional store presentation and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Assist with receipt and dispatch of products, as well as pick, pack, and delivery of orders to customers
• Manage stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records
• Raise quotations and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Comply with company and customer QHSE standards and policies
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Competent PC skills and ability to learn new software
• Professional personal presentation and excellent communication skills
• Customer service experience and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
