Job Opportunity Overview

Work with participants in the Workforce Australia program to assist them to overcome barriers to employment and successfully transition into the workforce.

The role involves managing a high-volume caseload of job seekers, actively engaging with 'work ready' job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes, clearly identifying and addressing barriers preventing jobseekers from being job ready, providing participants with the tools and confidence to enter the workforce, and applying strong problem-solving skills and resilience to maximise employment outcomes.

This position is based at our Inala site and is an opportunity for someone who thrives on achieving meaningful results and problem solving, has strong communication and interpersonal skills, can think on their feet and adapt to challenging situations and an ever-changing environment, and has demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business KPI's and targets.
