We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our Maintenance division at our Sorell site in Tasmania.

This hands-on role offers a shift roster Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime and weekend work as needed.

As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for attending to repairs and breakdowns of production machinery, maintaining and supporting all software and related projects, and reducing reactive maintenance and unplanned downtime.

You will work closely with our team to develop and introduce maintenance programs to support all internal stakeholders, ensuring the execution of safety standards and quality assurance practices into all repairs and maintenance activities.

To be successful in this role, you will require a Tasmanian A-grade electrical license, good computer skills, and experience in installations, fault finding, repairs, and maintenance on manufacturing equipment.

You will also need to have sound interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a continuous improvement mindset.
