Job Title: Direct Care Attendant - WHA4 Casual

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Attendant to join our team at Renmark Nursing Home. As a Direct Care Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality direct client service to residents, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assist with mealtime, including serving and feeding residents
  • Participate in diversional therapy programs, such as arts and crafts, and other activities
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive quality care
Requirements:
  • AQF Certificate III in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in providing direct care services in a health-related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
