About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Gaming Attendant. We are seeking a customer-focused individual to provide quality service to members and guests in various spaces.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing friendly customer service, servicing gaming machines, taking drink orders and delivering to machines, resetting and paying out jackpot wins, operating TAB and Keno terminals, cleaning workstations and equipment, operating tills and handling cash, collecting glasses from the floor and returning them to the bar, assisting with shift coordination, training and mentoring team members, and promoting a positive team culture.This position requires availability on Friday nights and weekends, with reasonable availability Monday to Thursday.Key Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar Bar or Gaming role
  • Eye for detail, accuracy, and compliance with NSW legislation
  • Availability to work nights and weekends
  • Enjoy working in large teams
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments
