About the Role


The Hotel Duty Manager is responsible for the day-to-day smooth and efficient operation of the hotel. This role ensures the highest level of efficiency and guest satisfaction are achieved while maximizing rooms and other related revenue.


Key Responsibilities



  • Ensure the highest level of efficiency and guest satisfaction are achieved
  • Maximize rooms and other related revenue
  • Responsible for the day-to-day smooth and efficient operation of the hotel

Requirements



  • Strong background in Front Office operations
  • Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred
  • Confidence resolving guest feedback and complaints
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task as well as work under pressure
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong leadership skills and clear communication
  • Experience with Opera PMS is preferred. Group reservation experience an advantage
