Make a difference in the lives of children every day by fostering growth and development through flexible work hours.We are seeking an OSHC Educator to create unforgettable experiences for our little customers. As part of our team, you will collaborate with the Director of Learning to design engaging programs that promote exploration, learning, and play in a fun and interactive environment.This role involves supporting the day-to-day operation of the centre and its services, ensuring a stimulating and interactive learning experience for every child in a safe and welcoming environment.Key Responsibilities:- Support the delivery of high-quality educational outcomes for each child in your care.
- Create a secure, stimulating and interactive learning environment
- Ensure the Centre is compliant with all regulatory requirements listed in the National Regulations and National Quality Standards, providing an excellent level of education and care to the children.
- Shift times for OSHC are 6:45am-9am and/or 2.30-6pm.
- Part-time opportunities may be availableEssential Criteria:- A passion for working with children.
- Currently working towards or have obtained a degree/certificate in the field of education or childcare (preferred)
