About the Role:

We are seeking skilled and experienced fast work/gallop riders to join our team at Warwick Farm and Moss Vale locations.

As a fast work/gallop rider, you will be responsible for riding 8-10 horses per morning with an emphasis on pace/timed work. You will also train and educate various horses, including young and inexperienced ones, colts, and seasoned racehorses in barrier education, jumpouts, and timed fast work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Riding 8-10 horses per morning with emphasis on pace/timed work.
  • Training and educating various horses, including young and inexperienced ones, colts, and seasoned racehorses in barrier education, jumpouts, and timed fast work.
  • Communicating effectively with multiple people and demonstrating a high level of communication.
  • Working in a team and independently efficiently.

In addition to your riding skills, we require you to have previous experience within a thoroughbred racing stable. A 5-day week option is available, and opportunities to attend race days will be provided.

The position requires a valid visa and documents, as well as a good understanding of the English language. International applicants are encouraged to apply.
