About the Role

As an Educator for Outside School Hours Care, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children in our Southern Gold Coast zone.

We are seeking passionate and energetic individuals who can work collaboratively with our team of educators across multiple schools, promoting a sense of community and belonging for all children.

Our zone operates on Yugambeh land, and we acknowledge the importance of working in partnership with local communities and families.

This is a fantastic opportunity for Early Childhood professionals to grow their careers, develop their skills, and make a real difference in the lives of children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality education and care to children aged 0-12 years old
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve educational goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement engaging programs that promote learning and development
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues

Requirements
  • Early Childhood recognized qualification (Cert III, Diploma or Bachelor Degree)
  • Driver's license and own transport, to travel between services
  • Availability to work before-school care (BSC) and after-school care (ASC) hours
  • Flexibility to work up to 8 hour shifts during school holidays
