Plumbing Trainee

The Role:

As a trainee with the Reece Group, you will be partnered with Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd to undertake a School-based Traineeship where you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations. The traineeship will involve working in a Reece branch as well as completing certificate requirements, such as workbooks and on-the-job training and assessments.

This role is based in a Reece branch and involves working with customers and staff to provide excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include:

• Embracing the Reece values, policies, and procedures
• Providing customer service and support
• Completing all requirements of the certificate
• Processing sales and managing stock
• Answering phone calls and taking messages
• Communicating with customers and staff
• Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
• Contributing to maintaining the branch at a high standard

As a trainee with the Reece Group, you will be required to work the equivalent of one and a half days per week. Must have Saturday availability. Additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to assist in your progress.
