Visionary Leader for Digital Transformation

The strategic lead will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital transformation in the not-for-profit sector. This high-impact position involves driving the strategy and operations of our Digital Futures Initiative, empowering the NFP sector to leverage leading use of digital technology by 2035.
">Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for digital futures, aligning with organisational goals and objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions, fostering collaboration and driving results-oriented work.
Establish and maintain effective partnerships with stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
Monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions to enhance overall performance.
Contribute to the development of organisational policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring alignment with digital transformation goals.
Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement organisational change management initiatives, driving cultural shifts and behaviours.
Provide thought leadership and expert guidance on digital futures, influencing organisational strategy and direction.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships, foster trust, and promote organisational success.
Manage and mitigate risks associated with digital transformations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Develop and maintain a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning, encouraging employees to take calculated risks and embrace new ideas.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organisational policies, maintaining the highest level of integrity and ethics.
Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and forums, showcasing expertise and thought leadership in digital futures.
Develop and implement training programs, equipping employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to drive digital transformation.
Establish and maintain effective metrics and benchmarks to measure progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making.
Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring that all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute to organisational success.
