The Future Generation Joint Venture is seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team. As a key member of the Commercial Department, you will be responsible for managing bill of quantities, take off quantities, contracts administration, and claims, variations, and payment authorisation processes.

With a strong background in quantity surveying and a proven track record of working on large-scale construction projects, you will be able to provide expert advice and support to the project team. Your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with your ability to work independently and as part of a team, will enable you to make a significant contribution to the success of the project.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the compilation of project costs for claims
  • Assisting in the compilation of the project's monthly payment claims
  • Assisting in the certification of monthly Subcontractor applications for payments
  • Effective administration of subcontracts, including assessment of variations, claims, and ensuring timely payments

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor who is passionate about delivering high-quality results and making a positive impact on the project.
