Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive consistent and sustainable growth for our ANZ Market within the BFSI vertical. The ideal candidate will work closely with industry leaders to collaborate on market pursuits and practice building initiatives.

This leadership role involves working as a growth agent in a leadership capacity, showcasing strong commercial and P&L acumen while building a lean and agile organization culture characterized by flexibility and a forward-thinking mindset.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving topline sales and revenue growth from new logos, revenue from existing clients across ANZ, creating new opportunities, penetrating new clients, and winning profitable and strategic deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive topline sales and revenue growth from new logos and existing clients.
  • Lead, motivate, and upskill the capacity of existing sales and client partner organization.
  • Prioritize investments and organizational bandwidth on growth generating initiatives.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Total related experience of 10+ years.
  • Extensive experience with CXOs at leading clients in the region for Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, cards / Payments, Asset Management, Investment Banking, Property & Casualty, and Life & Annuities within the BFSI vertical.
  • Razor-sharp P&L focus, with ability to shape deals of various magnitudes, negotiate, and close business and partnership deals/opportunities.
  • Proven experience in driving top-line Revenue for companies.
  • Ability to deploy long-term strategic objectives towards growing and diversifying the business.
