JV Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Project Lead to join a leading client in the Commercial & Remedial space.

This full-time role plays a key part in the successful delivery of projects, with a focus on cladding replacement, through effective contract management and project oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and design documents.
  • Monitor and manage contractual obligations, milestones, and compliance.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Identify and mitigate risks while addressing potential issues proactively.
  • Prepare progress reports, project programs, and documentation.

About You:

  • Proven experience in contracts management or project management within the construction industry - ideally from a T1 or T2 background.
  • Proficient in contract administration, risk management, and project documentation.
  • Qualification in Construction Management, Law, or Engineering is desired but not essential.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and project management principles.
  • Skilled in interpreting and applying complex contractual terms and conditions.
