About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Market Researcher to join our Research Institute at Roy Morgan Research. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of commercial research projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement research projects to identify accurate insights
  • Manage project progress with project managers, operations team, and clients
  • Analyze data and create reports to communicate actionable insights
  • Advise clients on best practice research and optimization of client-run research
  • Develop and maintain client relationships

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in market research/data industries
  • Proven ability to manage projects and build collaborative relationships
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in a technical/data environment
  • Ability to manipulate and understand data, problem solve, and innovate
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications, such as a degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Business, and/or Data
  • Competent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
