Grocery Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grocery Manager to lead our local grocery team in Karratha. As a key member of our expanding enterprise, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our grocery department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of grocery staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations and achieve business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a supermarket or retail environment.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong understanding of supermarket retailing, including inventory management, stockroom operations, and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
