About the Role:

  • Coordinate professional care practices according to individual care plans and documented policies and procedures
  • Administer medication safely and effectively
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Adhere to national standards and legal requirements
  • Engage with residents on a daily basis, promoting positive outcomes and enhancing their quality of life

About You:

  • Experience in aged care or a related field, with a strong understanding of best practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously, with a proactive approach to your work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and supervise others
  • Knowledge of computerized nursing care plans and a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
  • Ability to work a mix of varying shifts, including casual and regular hours

Essential Requirements:

  • NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Proof of work rights in Australia
  • Proof of COVID vaccination certificate (2 doses + booster dose)
  • Proof of flu vaccination (current year)
  • Current AHPRA Nursing Registration
