We are seeking a highly skilled Senior In-House Construction Lawyer to join our client's legal team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in construction law and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description- Assist with construction law matters, including front-end advisory and transactions;
- Contribute to litigation and dispute resolution efforts, covering construction, consumer, planning, local government, commercial, and contractual disputes;
- Provide expert advice on non-conveyancing property law, commercial transactions, contract drafting, and negotiation;
- Offer guidance on regulatory and compliance issues related to construction, corporate governance, insurance, health and safety, and HR/employment matters;
- A unique opportunity to work in-house for a leading construction and property development company;

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000-$130,000 per annum, depending on experience.
