About the Role

This is a full-time position responsible for leading a team of educators and supporting the delivery of high-quality programs that meet the needs of diverse children and families.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs that meet the needs of diverse children and families
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve program quality and outcomes
  • Collaborating with colleagues to build strong relationships with families and the broader community
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Education or related field and/or significant experience in early childhood education
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A deep understanding of child development and learning principles
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve program quality and outcomes
