Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This is a permanent part-time opportunity that requires the ability to work 25-30 hours per week with flexibility on days and times of work.

The ideal candidate will have great mentoring and coaching skills, be passionate about all things fashion, and have excellent visual merchandising and styling skills.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, working closely with the Store Manager to train and develop a high-performing team, and ensuring store operations and retail standards are implemented and maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales to meet targets
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to train and develop a high-performing team
  • Ensure store operations and retail standards are implemented and maintained
  • Create an inspirational, supportive, and informative environment for your team
  • Manage stock deliveries and merchandising the store
