Job Title: Cybersecurity Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security assurance and a proven track record of developing effective testing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver second-line security assurance audits on broad sets of process and procedural controls affecting ICT, personnel, and facilities.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of reporting systems for management visibility and insights on security indicators.
  • Develop concise performance reports detailing scope, evidence, findings, and recommendations.
  • Manage systems of documentation supporting evidence collection and substantiation for future audit.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate assessments, maintain and collect evidence, and support compliance reporting.
  • Undertake remediation where appropriate to manage security risks identified by security monitoring and audit activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Proven ability to develop a variety of assurance tests across different controls to support an overall security assurance function.
  • Experience developing assurance and reporting solutions using scripts, code, or tools to automate assurance activities.
  • Demonstrated experience developing compliance reports that support audit programmes, compliance performance, and posture improvement.
  • Sound understanding of security frameworks and standards.
