Job Opportunity: Weighbridge Operator

Synaco Global Recruitment is partnering with a leading waste management company to fill a Weighbridge Operator position in Chipping Norton.

The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling and coordinating waste movement on and off site, ensuring accurate recording and accounting of all waste materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directing traffic within the transfer station
  • Operating the weighbridge
  • Packing trailers
  • Maintaining general housekeeping standards

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and mathematical aptitude
  • Knowledge of weighbridge operations
  • Experience in the waste industry an advantage

  • A Monday to Friday 1pm-6pm start with possible overtime and weekend shifts
