Warehouse Operations Manager
As a key member of our team, you will oversee the day-to-day management of stockroom operations, collaborating closely with fellow supervisors and store management to achieve business objectives. You will also play a vital role in ensuring seamless client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement efficient cycle counting procedures to minimize stock discrepancies
- Process returns and obsolete stock effectively, adhering to established timelines
- Utilize time and resource planning tools to drive operational excellence
- Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork for effective business functioning
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Work on a rostered basis, including weekends, early starts, and late finishes
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar stock-based role in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and ability to influence team members at all levels by leading by example
- Suitable level of physical fitness to handle boxes weighing up to 15kg
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
