Your Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience working with data management tools and/or Helpdesk ticketing systems
  • A strong understanding of modern system functionality testing methodologies and principles and experience in developing test frameworks and test cases
  • Experience working in a team-focused, highly collaborative context in software support, software troubleshooting or similar technical projects
  • Demonstrated methodical approach to developing documentation for software and data products
  • Highly developed technical problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to take ownership of complex problems and deliver solutions
  • Detail oriented with well-developed written and verbal communication skills that result in effective and appropriate communication, including the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely
  • Familiarity of working with an agile development team
