Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying issues and leading their resolution. You will have the courage to uphold quality standards, even when they might be overlooked by others. Your role is to ensure that excellence is a shared value across the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take Ownership of Quality: Identify issues and lead their resolution, upholding quality standards and ensuring excellence is a shared value across the team.
  • Balance Quality and Efficiency: Skillfully balance high quality with the necessity to meet deadlines, discerning when rigorous testing is essential and when efficiency must prevail for timely outcomes.
  • Collaborate Effectively Within the Team: Contribute to a team-focused environment, working remotely or in the office, and dedicating your skills towards shared goals.
  • Ensure Quality and Reliability: Maintain the quality and reliability of both new and existing products, valuing rigorous refinement of established technologies and the assurance of new innovations.
  • Embrace Autonomy and Curiosity: Approach problems with innovative solutions, guided rather than directed, engaging fully and creatively in your work.

Qualifications
  • Experience with Cypress or other test automation frameworks such as Test Cafe, Playwright, webdriver.io or similar.
  • Experience in C#, Typescript or any other object-oriented programming languages.
  • API testing experience.
  • Ability to coach others in creating test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases.
  • Strong communication skills for international, multi-locational team dynamics.
  • Familiarity with the full software development life cycle and quality engineering best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
