We're currently seeking a highly skilled Scrum Team Facilitator to join our team on a 3-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of working with key stakeholders to prioritize backlogs, negotiate scope, and manage product expectations.
We're looking for someone who is hands-on, has a strong focus on delivering outcomes, and can own issues and risks within the team. Experience with Azure DevOps, Kanban boards, backlogs, task boards, and sprint reporting is a must. Business analysis domain experience is desirable but not required.
