About this Role

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Care Manager to lead our clinical teams in providing high-quality care to residents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all care is delivered to the highest standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical teams to ensure the delivery of quality care.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements:
  • A current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA.
  • A thorough understanding of aged care legislation and quality standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Previous experience working within residential aged care in a similar role.
