Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Venue Manager who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and driving a positive workplace culture. As our Venue Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of enthusiastic staff members and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Day-to-Day Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and maintaining our facilities.
- Ensure Exceptional Customer Service
- Lead a team of staff members to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business objectives.
- Build and Maintain Relationships
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and partners.
- Drive Sales and Revenue
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue.
- Monitor and Analyze Sales and Financial Data
- Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to make informed business decisions.
- Recruit, Train, and Develop Team Members
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business objectives.
- Ensure Compliance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Skills
