Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Venue Manager who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and driving a positive workplace culture. As our Venue Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of enthusiastic staff members and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Day-to-Day Operations
    • Oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and maintaining our facilities.
  • Ensure Exceptional Customer Service
    • Lead a team of staff members to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business objectives.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships
    • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Drive Sales and Revenue
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue.
  • Monitor and Analyze Sales and Financial Data
    • Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to make informed business decisions.
  • Recruit, Train, and Develop Team Members
    • Recruit, train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business objectives.
  • Ensure Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
  • Skills
    • Proven experience in motivating and leading teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A passion for driving change and continuous improvement.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
