Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Airfare Specialist to join our Complex Air team. As a Sales Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for planning, booking, and coordinating complex travel itineraries for our customers. You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional service and provide unbeatable airfares that meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Use your travel experience to sell high-value, complex travel products and destinations.
- Create unbeatable airfares that visit multiple continents in one trip.
- Deliver exceptional service to customers, providing them with personalized travel solutions.
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipt payments, and maintain financial documents.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest travel regulations and government restrictions.
- Work towards nationally recognized qualifications (Cert 3 & 4 in Travel).
Requirements
- Experience working towards and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Passion for customer service and travel.
- Comprehensive computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
- Comfortable with complexity and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ambitious, highly motivated, and efficient organizer.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- GDS experience desired but not essential.
