Instrumentation Technicians play a vital role in the commissioning and operation of state-of-the-art facilities. Our 28,400 square metre site features clean-rooms, office and manufacturing space for the production of influenza vaccines and critical antivenoms.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage fault correction, calibration, preventative maintenance and overhaul of instrumentation and control equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose faults in, repair and calibrate control and monitoring loop elements, electronic systems and sub-assemblies to minimize downtime.
  • Perform routine calibration of process instruments both in-situ and in the workshop to maintain precision.
  • Interpret control system and electrical/electronic circuit diagrams and engineering drawings to inform maintenance decisions.
Requirements
  • Hold a relevant Trade Qualification (Cert III-Cert IV or equivalent) as an Electrical OR Instrumentation technician.
  • Have experience across a wide range of technical instrumentation in a pharmaceutical, FMCG, oil and gas or similar industry.
  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of calibration methods and experience in conducting non-conformance investigations.
