About Our Facility

Our aged care home boasts 4 separate households, each accommodating up to 20 residents, including a Memory Support Unit for individuals living with dementia. Residents enjoy a peaceful and happy environment, surrounded by natural beauty.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver high-quality care, companionship, and emotional support to our residents, empowering them to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
  • Provide daily living assistance such as showering, personal hygiene, dressing, help at mealtimes, and general mobility support.
  • Assist with medication administration and simple wound dressings.
  • Support residents in community-based recreational and social activities.

Requirements

  • Ideal candidates will hold a Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support or an equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in aged or community care is preferred, but we also welcome applications from students or recently qualified individuals.
  • You will be adaptable, empathetic, and resourceful, embodying Uniting's values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.
